“Son of man, make known to Jerusalem her abominations,
說主耶和華對
and say, Thus says the Lord GOD to Jerusalem: Your origin and your birth are of the land of the Canaanites; your father was an Amorite and your mother a Hittite.
論到你出世的景況，在你初生的日子沒有為你斷臍帶，也沒有用水洗你，使你潔淨，絲毫沒有撒鹽在你身上，也沒有用布裹你。
And as for your birth, on the day you were born your cord was not cut, nor were you washed with water to cleanse you, nor rubbed with salt, nor wrapped in swaddling cloths.
誰的眼也不可憐你，為你做一件這樣的事憐恤你；但你初生的日子扔在田野，是因你被厭惡。
No eye pitied you, to do any of these things to you out of compassion for you, but you were cast out on the open field, for you were abhorred, on the day that you were born.
「我從你旁邊經過，見你滾在血中，就對你說：你雖在血中，仍可存活；你雖在血中，仍可存活。
“And when I passed by you and saw you wallowing in your blood, I said to you in your blood, ‘Live!’ I said to you in your blood, ‘Live!’
我使你生長好像田間所長的，你就漸漸長大，以致極其俊美，兩乳成形，頭髮長成，你卻仍然赤身露體。
I made you flourish like a plant of the field. And you grew up and became tall and arrived at full adornment. Your breasts were formed, and your hair had grown; yet you were naked and bare.
「我從你旁邊經過，看見你的時候正動愛情，便用衣襟搭在你身上，遮蓋你的赤體；又向你起誓，與你結盟，你就歸於我。這是主耶和華說的。
“When I passed by you again and saw you, behold, you were at the age for love, and I spread the corner of my garment over you and covered your nakedness; I made my vow to you and entered into a covenant with you, declares the Lord GOD, and you became mine.
那時我用水洗你，洗淨你身上的血，又用油抹你。
Then I bathed you with water and washed off your blood from you and anointed you with oil.
我也使你身穿繡花衣服，腳穿海狗皮鞋，並用細麻布給你束腰，用絲綢為衣披在你身上，
I clothed you also with embroidered cloth and shod you with fine leather. I wrapped you in fine linen and covered you with silk.
又用妝飾打扮你，將鐲子戴在你手上，將金鍊戴在你項上。
And I adorned you with ornaments and put bracelets on your wrists and a chain on your neck.
我也將環子戴在你鼻子上，將耳環戴在你耳朵上，將華冠戴在你頭上。
And I put a ring on your nose and earrings in your ears and a beautiful crown on your head.
這樣，你就有金銀的妝飾，穿的是細麻衣和絲綢，並繡花衣；吃的是細麵、蜂蜜，並油。你也極其美貌，發達到王后的尊榮。
Thus you were adorned with gold and silver, and your clothing was of fine linen and silk and embroidered cloth. You ate fine flour and honey and oil. You grew exceedingly beautiful and advanced to royalty.
你美貌的名聲傳在列邦中，你十分美貌，是因我加在你身上的威榮。這是主耶和華說的。
And your renown went forth among the nations because of your beauty, for it was perfect through the splendor that I had bestowed on you, declares the Lord GOD.
「只是你仗著自己的美貌，又因你的名聲就行邪淫。你縱情淫亂，使過路的任意而行。
“But you trusted in your beauty and played the whore because of your renown and lavished your whorings on any passerby; your beauty became his.
你用衣服為自己在高處結彩，在其上行邪淫。這樣的事將來必沒有，也必不再行了。
You took some of your garments and made for yourself colorful shrines, and on them played the whore. The like has never been, nor ever shall be.
你又將我所給你那華美的金銀、寶器為自己製造人像，與他行邪淫；
You also took your beautiful jewels of my gold and of my silver, which I had given you, and made for yourself images of men, and with them played the whore.
又用你的繡花衣服給他披上，並將我的膏油和香料擺在他跟前；
And you took your embroidered garments to cover them, and set my oil and my incense before them.
又將我賜給你的食物，就是我賜給你吃的細麵、油，和蜂蜜，都擺在他跟前為馨香的供物。這是主耶和華說的。
Also my bread that I gave you — I fed you with fine flour and oil and honey — you set before them for a pleasing aroma; and so it was, declares the Lord GOD.
並且你將給我所生的兒女焚獻給他。
And you took your sons and your daughters, whom you had borne to me, and these you sacrificed to them to be devoured. Were your whorings so small a matter
你行淫亂豈是小事，竟將我的兒女殺了，使他們經火歸與他嗎？
that you slaughtered my children and delivered them up as an offering by fire to them?
你行這一切可憎和淫亂的事，並未追念你幼年赤身露體滾在血中的日子。」
And in all your abominations and your whorings you did not remember the days of your youth, when you were naked and bare, wallowing in your blood.
「你行這一切惡事之後（主耶和華說：你有禍了！有禍了！）
“And after all your wickedness (woe, woe to you! declares the Lord GOD),
又為自己建造圓頂花樓，在各街上做了高臺。
you built yourself a vaulted chamber and made yourself a lofty place in every square.
你在一切市口上建造高臺，使你的美貌變為可憎的，又與一切過路的多行淫亂。
At the head of every street you built your lofty place and made your beauty an abomination, offering yourself to any passerby and multiplying your whoring.
你也和你鄰邦放縱情慾的
You also played the whore with the Egyptians, your lustful neighbors, multiplying your whoring, to provoke me to anger.
因此我伸手攻擊你，減少你應用的糧食，又將你交給恨你的
Behold, therefore, I stretched out my hand against you and diminished your allotted portion and delivered you to the greed of your enemies, the daughters of the Philistines, who were ashamed of your lewd behavior.
你因貪色無厭，又與
You played the whore also with the Assyrians, because you were not satisfied; yes, you played the whore with them, and still you were not satisfied.
並且多行淫亂，直到那貿易之地，就是
You multiplied your whoring also with the trading land of Chaldea, and even with this you were not satisfied.
「主耶和華說：你行這一切事，都是不知羞恥妓女所行的，可見你的心是何等懦弱！
“How sick is your heart, declares the Lord GOD, because you did all these things, the deeds of a brazen prostitute,
因你在一切市口上建造圓頂花樓，在各街上做了高臺，你卻藐視賞賜，不像妓女。
building your vaulted chamber at the head of every street, and making your lofty place in every square. Yet you were not like a prostitute, because you scorned payment.
哎！你這行淫的妻啊，寧肯接外人，不接丈夫。
Adulterous wife, who receives strangers instead of her husband!
凡妓女是得人贈送，你反倒贈送你所愛的人，賄賂他們從四圍來與你行淫。
Men give gifts to all prostitutes, but you gave your gifts to all your lovers, bribing them to come to you from every side with your whorings.
你行淫與別的婦女相反，因為不是人從你行淫；你既贈送人，人並不贈送你；所以你與別的婦女相反。」
So you were different from other women in your whorings. No one solicited you to play the whore, and you gave payment, while no payment was given to you; therefore you were different.
「你這妓女啊，要聽耶和華的話。
“Therefore, O prostitute, hear the word of the LORD:
主耶和華如此說：因你的污穢傾洩了，你與你所愛的行淫露出下體，又因你拜一切可憎的偶像，流兒女的血獻給他，
Thus says the Lord GOD, Because your lust was poured out and your nakedness uncovered in your whorings with your lovers, and with all your abominable idols, and because of the blood of your children that you gave to them,
我就要將你一切相歡相愛的和你一切所恨的都聚集來，從四圍攻擊你；又將你的下體露出，使他們看盡了。
therefore, behold, I will gather all your lovers with whom you took pleasure, all those you loved and all those you hated. I will gather them against you from every side and will uncover your nakedness to them, that they may see all your nakedness.
我也要審判你，好像官長審判淫婦和流人血的婦女一樣。我因忿怒忌恨，使流血的罪歸到你身上。
And I will judge you as women who commit adultery and shed blood are judged, and bring upon you the blood of wrath and jealousy.
我又要將你交在他們手中；他們必拆毀你的圓頂花樓，毀壞你的高臺，剝去你的衣服，奪取你的華美寶器，留下你赤身露體。
And I will give you into their hands, and they shall throw down your vaulted chamber and break down your lofty places. They shall strip you of your clothes and take your beautiful jewels and leave you naked and bare.
他們也必帶多人來攻擊你，用石頭打死你，用刀劍刺透你，
They shall bring up a crowd against you, and they shall stone you and cut you to pieces with their swords.
用火焚燒你的房屋，在許多婦人眼前向你施行審判。我必使你不再行淫，也不再贈送與人。
And they shall burn your houses and execute judgments upon you in the sight of many women. I will make you stop playing the whore, and you shall also give payment no more.
這樣，我就止息向你發的忿怒，我的忌恨也要離開你，我要安靜不再惱怒。
So will I satisfy my wrath on you, and my jealousy shall depart from you. I will be calm and will no more be angry.
因你不追念你幼年的日子，在這一切的事上向我發烈怒，所以我必照你所行的報應在你頭上，你就不再貪淫，行那一切可憎的事。這是主耶和華說的。」
Because you have not remembered the days of your youth, but have enraged me with all these things, therefore, behold, I have returned your deeds upon your head, declares the Lord GOD. Have you not committed lewdness in addition to all your abominations?
「凡說俗語的必用俗語攻擊你，說：『母親怎樣，女兒也怎樣。』
“Behold, everyone who uses proverbs will use this proverb about you: ‘Like mother, like daughter.’
你正是你母親的女兒，厭棄丈夫和兒女；你正是你姊妹的姊妹，厭棄丈夫和兒女。你母親是
You are the daughter of your mother, who loathed her husband and her children; and you are the sister of your sisters, who loathed their husbands and their children. Your mother was a Hittite and your father an Amorite.
你的姊姊是
And your elder sister is Samaria, who lived with her daughters to the north of you; and your younger sister, who lived to the south of you, is Sodom with her daughters.
你沒有效法她們的行為，也沒有照她們可憎的事去做，你以那為小事，你一切所行的倒比她們更壞。
Not only did you walk in their ways and do according to their abominations; within a very little time you were more corrupt than they in all your ways.
主耶和華說：我指著我的永生起誓，你妹妹
As I live, declares the Lord GOD, your sister Sodom and her daughters have not done as you and your daughters have done.
看哪，你妹妹
Behold, this was the guilt of your sister Sodom: she and her daughters had pride, excess of food, and prosperous ease, but did not aid the poor and needy.
她們狂傲，在我面前行可憎的事，我看見便將她們除掉。
They were haughty and did an abomination before me. So I removed them, when I saw it.
Samaria has not committed half your sins. You have committed more abominations than they, and have made your sisters appear righteous by all the abominations that you have committed.
你既斷定你姊妹為義，就要擔當自己的羞辱；因你所犯的罪比她們更為可憎，她們就比你更顯為義；你既使你的姊妹顯為義〔「為義」或作「當受羞辱」〕，你就要抱愧擔當自己的羞辱。」
Bear your disgrace, you also, for you have intervened on behalf of your sisters. Because of your sins in which you acted more abominably than they, they are more in the right than you. So be ashamed, you also, and bear your disgrace, for you have made your sisters appear righteous.
「我必叫她們被擄的歸回，就是叫
“I will restore their fortunes, both the fortunes of Sodom and her daughters, and the fortunes of Samaria and her daughters, and I will restore your own fortunes in their midst,
好使你擔當自己的羞辱，並因你一切所行的使她們得安慰，你就抱愧。
that you may bear your disgrace and be ashamed of all that you have done, becoming a consolation to them.
你的妹妹
As for your sisters, Sodom and her daughters shall return to their former state, and Samaria and her daughters shall return to their former state, and you and your daughters shall return to your former state.
在你驕傲的日子，你的惡行沒有顯露以先，你的口就不提你的妹妹
Was not your sister Sodom a byword in your mouth in the day of your pride,
併於上節
before your wickedness was uncovered? Now you have become an object of reproach for the daughters of Syria and all those around her, and for the daughters of the Philistines, those all around who despise you.
耶和華說：你貪淫和可憎的事，你已經擔當了。」
You bear the penalty of your lewdness and your abominations, declares the LORD.
「主耶和華如此說：你這輕看誓言、背棄盟約的，我必照你所行的待你。
“For thus says the Lord GOD: I will deal with you as you have done, you who have despised the oath in breaking the covenant,
然而我要追念在你幼年時與你所立的約，也要與你立定永約。
yet I will remember my covenant with you in the days of your youth, and I will establish for you an everlasting covenant.
你接待你姊姊和你妹妹的時候，你要追念你所行的，自覺慚愧；並且我要將她們賜你為女兒，卻不是按著前約。
Then you will remember your ways and be ashamed when you take your sisters, both your elder and your younger, and I give them to you as daughters, but not on account of the covenant with you.
我要堅定與你所立的約（你就知道我是耶和華），
I will establish my covenant with you, and you shall know that I am the LORD,
好使你在我赦免你一切所行的時候，心裏追念，自覺抱愧，又因你的羞辱就不再開口。這是主耶和華說的。」
that you may remember and be confounded, and never open your mouth again because of your shame, when I atone for you for all that you have done, declares the Lord GOD.”
